Definition of business and/or commercial locations is at the discretion of Practical Support.

All packages provide a connection for a single network device (computer, router, LAN switch). If multiple computers are used the customer must provide the means of connection. Practical Support can provide a quote for any inside wiring or equipment required. Please contact our sales office.

Private IP address is translated to public IP address via NAT. Network protocols requiring public and/or statically assigned IP addresses may not work.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Also know as Early Termination. The Customer must notify us in writing of intention to terminate or cancel service. If the Customer cancels or terminates during the first 30 days there is no early termination/cancellation fee. If the Customer cancels/terminates service anytime after the initial thirty (30) day period, Customer will be responsible for the early termination fee. The early termination fee is the difference in the installation fee and two months of service including the equipment rental fee.

 Refund Policy:

 There are no refunds for installation services. There are no refunds for service outages. All equipment deposits will be returned within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the equipment by Practical Support in good working condition.

 Returns Policy:

 Any equipment purchased may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. All returns must include the equipment along with all original packaging, software, cords, and any other associated items in good condition. Returns will not be accepted without a “Return Material Authorization” number. Contact Practical Support for a RMA number.

 Equipment Dead-on-Arrival:

Practical Support must be notified of any equipment that is delivered and is dead on arrival within seven (7) days of delivery via email to customer.service@practicalsupport.net. It will be at the sole discretion of Practical Support to accept Returns or provide Refunds for equipment that is faulty if Practical Support is not notified during the first seven (7) days after delivery.

If purchased, a Public & Routable IP address requires a router/firewall to protect other Practical Support customers as well as yourself.
